Hill Top
Enjoy our favorite hill on the farm for your special event. Here you get a sneak peak of the Blue Ridge Mountains, as well as spectacular sunset views. The hill hosted the baptism of our first son, as well as the engagement celebration of close friends.  In the winter it's our premier sledding hill and favorite spot for winter gatherings.

Big Red Barn
Sweeping views of Virginia’s prime hunt country makes the Big Red Barn location ideal. Our historic barns serve as a handsome backdrop to your event. Nearby are our happy free range chickens as well as several horses nibbling sweet blades of grass in the spacious paddocks. In June 2010 this site hosted a 330 guest wedding reception. The site is large enough to host a double peak topped tent!

Courtside
Host your event either court side or directly on our olympic size regulation volleyball court. The white sand is soft beneath your feet, and the views inviting as your eyes carry you over pristine rolling hills.  This location is large enough to accomdate tents or even a live music venue. We hosted a UVA graduation party in 2009 and everyone had a great time! Whether you want to use the court for stirring volleyball matches or just relax in the hammocks, this is the place for you.

Sunset Vista
Breathtaking views, savory sunsets and ambiance on all sides. You will feel on top of the world as you and your guests soak in Virginia at its finest. This site can easily host both a large event or an intimate gathering. It is unique in many ways and creates memories for a lifetime.  

Coming Soon: Raspberry Hill
A fantastic venue for any event with the gentle rolling hills of Virginia surrounding you on every side. Also nestled up close to our award winning black raspberry patch. Pick while you party if it’s the right season! Imagine a kilted band of Pipers serenading you from atop this fantastic hill.
